This is a high quality real leather kamea, hand sewn with fine linen thread. An adjustable high quality leather strap.  All our Kameas are made to the specifications of Rabbi Israel Odesser (Saba) and include a hand written "Na Nach" on Torah Parchment. This one includes a photo of the Miraculous Letter from Heaven as well. The parchment and photo inside is sealed within a special soft material that makes it possible to take into a pool or shower. While the leather may be slightly altered by the water you can be 100% confident rest assured that this parchment will be in tact without any damage whatsoever.
